How you can you reduce the risk of losing your home and more to wildfire:
While Burning At Home

Clear Ground for all Flammable Material for at least 10 feet

Have Water and Fire Tools available (Hose, Rake, and Shovel)

Do Not Burn on Dry Windy Days

Have an adult attend the fire until it is Completely Out
And…
At least twice a year, inspect your chimney or have it inspected. Clean it at least once a year or more if necessary.
**Every home built in or near woodlands, should have a spark arrester on its chimney**
